Administrative Law Review

The Administrative Law Review (ALR) (ISSN 0001 8368) is published quarterly by its student staff members at the American University Washington College of Law and by the Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice of the American Bar Association.

ALR welcomes the submission of original Articles, Essays, Recent Developments, Book Reviews, and Case Studies. Our journal policy prohibits the publication of articles by students currently enrolled at other law schools.

Submit your manuscript, double-spaced, in twelve-point Times New Roman font. ALR can only consider pieces 25,000 words or fewer. Footnotes must conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st Edition) published by the Harvard Law Review Association. ALR also generally conforms with the Manual on Usage & Style (12th Edition) published by the Texas Law Review Association.
